Commercial Office
The building ownership and leasing company knows a tenant moving into a Class A office space expects fine quality workmanship throughout the space. That is why they choose Class A space.
It is our goal to be an important piece of the process of providing the finish look the owner and tenant are looking for.
We keep the accent lines straight, all windows mullions are caulked and taped to provide perfect lines. When we are done with a space we strive to have zero items on our punch list. We do our own punch list - before the walk-through.
We can work off-hours for the tenants who need a repaint while remaining open for business. We can put a crew on an office during a weekend and repaint the entire office.
Retail Spaces
Retail spaces provide very special challenges. There is usually not much time for a build out and so work has to be done in bursts and sometimes on very short schedules. And working around electricians, plumbers, mechanical, and floor covering contractors. It seems that is the only way retail ever gets done.
On new stores, you have to be able to read the plans and pay attention to every detail on every page. We will price the jobs from the plans and make sure every detail called for in the plans is incorporated in the final product.

While most quality paint is durable and washable, they do not all look the same. We make sure the flats and eggshells we use look rich. Not like that apartment you had back in college. Satin finishes on the trim and flat enamels or eggshells on the walls.
Industrial
Not only can we do the finest finishes, we can get down and dirty and redo the stairwells of your building, paint the mechanical piping on your roof. We prep the metal to assure adhesion and only use the finest DTM's or epoxy's to make you finish last for years.
Wallcoverings
Wallcoverings can change a wall in a room like no paint can. Not only does it provide a rich look to the room, it can last for over 15 years making it cheaper than paint.

Specialty Finishes
There are plenty of speciality finishes that we can apply. In the photo above we applied Meodid Venetian Plaster to the walls in the conference at Arizona Dealers Association. It was real plaster and burnished by hand to achieve a very smooth like glass finish.
There are other types of speciality finishes such as metallic finishes for railings and elevator doors. We can apply those types of finishes to enhance your space.
